Your documents transit through processing infrastructure and immediately disappear. No persistent copy is ever created on any AI server. This is the fundamental difference between a system that merely promises not to use your data and one that architecturally cannot retain it.

No Training on Your Data

Google Cloud's Service Specific Terms (Section 17) contractually prohibit the use of customer data to train or fine-tune AI models without explicit permission. Your legal work — briefs, submissions, opinions — will never become part of a training corpus.

This applies to all managed models on Vertex AI, including both Google's Gemini models and partner models such as Mistral OCR.
